It’s been said that Walt Disney was inspired by this town.. We do not know if this is true, what we felt when we visited Colmar was like being in a fairy tale... And when we tried Madeleine Macarons we loved them... and we came back with new ideas and new tastes.. and we created our own Madeleines.
