The Person & The Role

We are seeking skilled Delight Specialists to join our team of experts in Lefkosia, Lemesos and Larnaka.

The first step of the exceptional experience to be provided by the successful Delight Specialist is the welcome and education of our valued customers, by presenting and explaining New York Sweets creations. In addition, the successful Delight Specialist would be responsible for serving the selected creations by following prescribed procedures, the use of the POS system, inventories maintenance and keeping clean, safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.

Continuous learning is key to success. The responsibilities of the successful Delight Specialist include continuous improvement of quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the displays and updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading food service publications. The introduction of new and expanded services and products is part of the Delight Specialist responsibilities.

Education & Experience

2+ Years proven success in a Delight Specialist role as described above or relevant customer service position.
Recent experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
Excellent Greek and English speaking skills.
